1. Who needs an Indonesian Visa?
Before your visit to Indonesia, check whether you will have to apply for a visa before you travel to Indonesia, depends on two things:
Your Nationality: Applicant of several countries are exempted from visa on arrival when they travel to Indonesia for short-stay purposes (tourism, social visits, business, etc). The policy allows them a visa-free stay of up to 30 days. Whether an applicant have to apply for a visa application in Indonesia, be it single entry or multiple entry, is dependent on your home country. Foreign citizens from other countries such as Singapore and Malaysia are permitted to enter Indonesia without a tourist visa for up to 30 days. However, foreigners from countries such as Sudan and Liberia are required to apply for a tourist visa.
The length and purpose of your stay: Due to local laws set by Indonesian authorities, even foreign citizens of visa-exempt countries have to be a visa applicant and apply for an Indonesia Visa if they want to enter the country for employment, studying, marriage , or any other long-term purpose, or a purpose which requires them to work.

Check the validity of your passport
You must have at least 2 empty pages in your passport. The passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond exit date from Japan.

Save your time, just mail us the documents to our office address.
We will check all the documents before we submit to the embassy to process the application, if some documents are missing or invalid, you need to submit again.
Collect your passport
We will give you a call when your passport with the visa affixed is ready to collect. You can comet to our office to collect in person or we can arrange the delivery to your place.

2. How far in advance should I submit my application?
As a visa applicant, you are strongly encouraged to submit your application well in advance of the planned travel date to obtain an appropriate visa, whether it is a single entry visa or a multiple entry visa. You are advised to apply ONE month in advance but no earlier than THREE months.
Visa processing time varies with location. On average, it takes 3-5 working days for the Embassy of Indonesia or Consulate General to process the Visa on Arrival. 3. Is an appointment required to submit the application?
You do not need to make an appointment well in advance for submitting a visa application. Unless you are applying an entry visa to Indonesia at the Embassy, you do not have to make a physical appointment.

5. Can I extend the duration of stay of my Visa on Arrival or E Visa in Indonesia?
To extend the duration of stay of your visa, you can submit an application either at the Immigration Office or the Indonesian Ministry before its expiration. However, it’s important to note that the approval of the application is not guaranteed, and there is no assumption of automatic approval. Overstay of more than 60 days violates the Indonesian law and the Visa holder will be detained.
