How do I get from Singapore to the hotel?

The most popular way is the 90-minute ferry from Tanah Merah Ferry Terminal directly to Desaru Coast Ferry Terminal. From there, a 10-minute complimentary shuttle bus will take you to the hotel. Alternatively, we can arrange a private land transfer (approx. 2–2.5 hours).

Is Desaru a safe place?

Generally Desaru is a safe vacation spot however there are petty crimes such as pick pocketing so please take care of your belongings.

How long should you spend in Desaru?

3D2N are just enough time for a leisure holiday with activities. If you are just planning to just chill in the resort a 2 Day 1 Night trip is adequate. Desaru has plenty of water activities and is a fun vacation trip for families and groups of friends.

What should I buy in Desaru?

It depends on you but Bintan is famous for Kueh Lapis, Bird Nest, and even some local snacks such as Keropuk.

What is the maximum number of people allowed per room?

A Superior or Deluxe room typically accommodates up to 2 adults and 2 children (below 12 years old) using existing bedding. For 3 adults, an extra bed is required.
