Company B wanted to make use of the public holiday for their staff retreat. However due to the public holiday, finding a hotel for a large number of people would be challenging. In addition they needed manpower to assist in the escorting their employees safely to destinations.

With our years of expertise and knowledge in Indonesia, we were able to book their hotels next to each other and nearby a shopping mall. Our tour guides assisted in escorting and ensuring customers were accounted for.As it was a large group of people, ensuring everyone was accounted for was important. Our Indonesian event coordinator handled everything smoothly. From checking visa on arrival to making sure everyone checked out of their hotel rooms and safely returned to Singapore.
